This company charged me $3395 for 15 dating referrals.
on 11/25/06. They sent me two referrals. One person
was too far away and the other was not currently dating.

This is all that I have gotten from them.

I would like to be part of a class action suit with
any other like minded people who have also lost
their money this way.

He would mysteriously show up to your home once another agent knocked at your door or called you to get your listing? Appointments with original agent were made, agreed on a day and time to list your home, (after the poor first agents working on a daily basis, walking up and down your streets, knocking on many-many doors, to finally get one of you to say , yes, I want to list my home with you.” Can you do CMA for me and come such and such a day to present the numbers so you can get my house SOLD!”) But some how The Famous STEVE GONG ,The listing THIEF at Prudential California Realty would show up to your home, unexpected? He knew exactly what house to target ready to list your home. You remember That this thief , don’t you? He was very pushy, then you would tell him you had an appointment with another realtor from the same office, but he is not an ethical person, so he did not care that someone from his own office had already made an appointment with you, right? Tell me home seller, what did he do? Do you recall his tactics? You remember what he would say about his coworkers? But as agents ourselves , we know you thought we worked together and since he said he was the best in the office and had more experience and that we new nothing, and blah, blah, blah …you still listed your home with him. Because you didn’t know. That’s understandable. Even though you had a commitment to meet with the hard working agent that was doing to work very hard to get the most out of your home , price wise and possible in a shorter amount of time , since they would promote your house on foot as well as the company promoting to make sure your house got the best value at the end of close of escrow. Instead this thief took away the very little potential commission that would be paid to us. I just want you to know Home sellers, We’re not mad at you, Home sellers . We’re upset that this thief took our well deserve commission to feed his kids by being lazy sitting in his office all day waiting to see who’s listing he was going to steal next. While many of us agents that worked in the same office as he did , worked hard just to take our well deserve commission’s out of our hands. He lied and stole to feed his kids, while we had to work extra hard and are ethics to not be able to feed our kids. Just because Steve Gong manipulated the office printer. Jag plumbing Gary Ruffier Gary Ruffier Comes to my home quotes a price tells me he's going to do quality work put in new drain and plumbing and dryer vent sends two guys a week later doesn't even put in a new drain puts in cheap chintzy garbage material patches it together charges me three times what it cost to do it charges me $1,500 then I called an A+ rated plumber got an estimate for the same work with better quality and they actually would do all the work for $565 rifts me off for almost a thousand dollars does not respond to text or phone calls will not negotiate giving back the money that he cheated me out of going to have to take him to small claims court beware of this company and Gary rough here he is a total ripoff and will not even return a call once he knows he stole from you Toledo Ohio
