*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Lack of Understanding of How Consignment Agreements Work
After talking to him several times and deciding to let him sell our RV on
consignment, at the last minute he tried to get us to sign an agreement that
he would not be responsible for our RV while it was at his business. He previously
emailed us all the contracts EXCEPT this one. When I told him I would not sign it
he became very rude. A total waste of our time as we made the appointment and
pulled our RV out of storage and took it too his place of business before he pulled out
this paper.

Lack of Understanding of How Consignment Agreements Work

We can't be responsible for this individual's lack of understanding regarding how Consignment Agreements work at ALL RV dealerships. We fully explained the process for consigning an RV at our dealership as we do with all of our consignors. Our insurance carrier mandates that we have this form signed that lets the customer know that while their vehicle is at the dealership it must be insured by the consignor.
This is the first and only complaint we have ever received about a form that is standard protocol across the entire industry.
Secondly, she dealt directly with Tom Lindstrom's Executive Assistant and not Tom Lindstrom himself. Thus, her claims about Tom being rude are completely unfounded and inaccurate.
