Tom at first appeared to be a good client, paid several bills on time. He issued a check for the last work done for him on a Bank Account that he had already closed. He then informed me that he was not issueing a replacement check, as he had gotten a second opinion and decided that the work didn't need to be done. Tom is just a cheap chisler...avoid him at all costs!
