Tom Steve - Fabrics Company of Canada ripoff by counterfit Check Internet

I had recieved an instant message from a guy named Julius Obi. He told us about a job that they had opened for Fabrics Company of Canada. So we had them e-mail us the form that we needed to fill out and sent it back to them. After doing that we was told that we would start recieving checks in the mail from people that had made an order from there company. When we got the checks we was to take 7% of the total for our work and then get a money order and send the remaining balance to the person that they told us to. Well we got one check from a guy named John Anderson. The check was through JPMorgan Chase Bank,N.A. in Houston, Texas 77252. The phone # on the check is 1-800-376-1245. Well the bank that we went to called the number and was told that the check was good. The Amount of the check was $3000.00. Well we had a 7 day wait for the check to clear. Well after a week the check came back as counterfit. We have tryed to contact both Tom Steve and Julius Obi. Julius said that they just put a stop payment on the check, and wouldn't reply to our questions about why it came back as counter fit.
