Toner Zone - Toner World Special discount for bulk order SCAM! Victorville And Los Angeles California

The company I work for purchased a new multi function copy machine last March. Toner Zone cold-called (Joe Benson) at the perfect time and suckered me in to a "verbal agreement" to order 6 toner cartridges and get a discount of $100. Each Cartridge cost $400 from Toner Zone but they can easily be found for around $50.

Various phone conversations took place in which "Joe" referred to our "verbal agreement" which I could never really remember taking place. He was pushy about sending more toner because of our "agreement" and reminding me that we still had to complete our order.
I then spoke with "Jackie Wilson" who was again pushing me to complete our order by getting the last 2 cartridges. When I protested, she said her supervisor was willing to let us just get 1 and he would close out our account. I refused and proposed sending back the 3 unopened boxes we have sitting here for a refund and said we just wanted to pay full price for 1 box and be done with it. She had to have me talk to her supervisor for that.

When I talked with "Joe Benson", her supervisor, I was told they were just the middle man so they don't take merchandise back. We could pay them a 20% restocking fee for the 2 we were supposed to order ($180) and be done. He is a real fast talker, interrupts, doesn't let you ask questions and derails your train of thought with his constant chatter. When I cut him off and said I didn't want to do anything right now I asked for his name and number and he refused to give them to me.
He then accused me of getting defensive and cut me off by hanging up on me.That's when we found the previous ripoff report on this crook.
