 As in response to seeing another rip off report here on Tony Chalas, Faith Properties, I am a victim just as described by the first rip off victim. I was seriously behind on my mortgage and Tony Chalas, Faith Property found me hy I assume tax records and ask me How would I like to get out of Debt, get $5k to move before my home could be forclosed! He con me into signing him over as a trustee of my home told me move out give him the keys and he wotld sell my home, save my credit plus$5 k to restart my life over debt free. I was concerned at first, but he had all this real looking documents, brought his own notary, and some Huge bald guy with big gold chain ,to emphasise his wealth I supose. I ask the man his name, he responded he was just there as a friend and had nothing to do with Tony chalas Business Faith Property Management! that should have been a clue right there. I was excited to be getting out of debt and not forclosed on that i turned my home over as trustee I also gave him a finders fee of $2000.00 in "good faith" in which in the ed I would be making $3 grand. I question him about the original amount i was supossed to get and I fell for the guys stupid excuses about his fees and so forth to get this rolling. Long story, but as brief as I could be I gave him the $2,000.00 and the keys to my house, and he skipped off ,had me sign all the paper work, took my money any next thing I know My Home was in Forclosure in my name, Not Tony as trustee.... He is a con Artist, He will Steal your money and Run. Buyer beware of this con.
