Toolazy.net unfounded charges for no service. Total scam and fraud Internet

This is a total ripoff of totally hidden nature. The charges come to your cell phone bill without any indication of any service. I was charged for full 7 months. The problem is that Verizon, my cell phone provider, let them charge me for texting without adding their name to the bill or informing me about it. They charged me under texting! I assumed that my kids may had to many text mesages until I called Verizon and the customer support told me about tooLazy.net.  I never heard of the company, never got any messages from them!!!! If Toolazy are scame and ripoff artists, Verizon should have known better. They should have informed me or asked for permission for the charges.
