My first mistake was using PayPal to complete my credit card purchase from the Toolsquad website. For those who are unaware PayPal will only accept consumer complaints from those who join their service. I have heard of other bad experiences with PayPal and choose not to become a member. If you pay using your credit card directly with the merchant you can dispute the charge. PayPal eliminates that dispute resolution tool but provides no buyer protection for using them. Second, after placing my order I never received a confirmation. Second, after waiting two weeks for a my 6 oz. weight tool, I wrote to the company to inquire about its status. Third, I tried to contact both the seller and PayPal. No response whatsoever from the seller and PayPal sends you a form letter to contact the seller.
In the end I have no options except to complain to this website.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND MONEY TO THIS COMPANY VIA PAYPAY!!!
