Top 10 Brand Top10Brand.biz no tracking number as promised within 48 hours, but credit card charged. No answer to my emails since July 15, 2011. Internet

On July 8, 2011 I placed an online order as follows:
Order Number:top10brand2228751  Order Time:Friday 08 July, 2011   Total Price:$54.99
Payment Method:Credit Card Ctopay  Payment Status:Paid up    Telephone Number:xxx-xxx-xxxxx   Shipping Address: XXXXXXXXXXX

The company has the following order status listed under my account but will not respond to inquiries about shipping or tracking number.  I've used the "Contact Us" email form and have directly emailed the company but no response or any kind.  I checked my credit card and item has been paid, although I could Challenge the charge.

Update on Top 10 Brand

I suppose the threat of challenging my credit card purchase was enough for me to receive a phone call from Top 10 Brand.  Coincidentally my package also came today.  Won't order from them again, but glad all is resolved.
