Top Adjuster Refused to provide a refund New Port Richey Florida

I signed up for Training class online with an unconditional 10 day Guarantee with this company " I signed up on 11/8/2017 and sent an email requesting cancellation on 11/17/2017, which is within 10 days based on my calculations. To date I have not received a refund, I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and was advised that the merchant claims that I cancelled but did so outside the 10 day window. Clearly the only reason this company has the guarantee is because they do not intend to refund your money and will lie to the card issuer in an attempt to keep your money. I've sent 2 emails so far but no response, I intend to fight for my $299.00 tooth and nail. For everyone else be careful as a guarantee in this day and age means nothing!
