TOP BET ED, VINCE , KAY stole money from me and locked me in to their institution, and could not access my money, plus they did it ilegally. not sure Internet

i put a bet in with this top bet , in which , they were not to take bets , because i live in a state nj, that does not allow these compaies like top bet to accept wagers, anyway they took my money and locked me in so, i could not get to my money. i e-mailed , 4 itmes and they stiil will not return my money. i will e-mail them everyday , until i ger my money back. this site, will keep your money, w;in or lose. my bank is doing and investigation, because they pose as taking the money, not for awager but as a purchase for cosmetics or other things, just get your money. i will never ever do this again.
