Top Dot Mortgage street Links refincing my mortgage,appraiser came out,did appraisal,all was goodfor 4.75 loan,took my 150.00 deposit by visa for the appraisal,then was told because i have a modular home on a permanent foundation i could not get the loan,noone told me up front they donot do modular homes,so i ask for my refund ,this was over 4 months ago,noone will call back or refund me my money which i deserve White Plains New York
