Top Resume Can I get a refund.? I was not satisfied with the results. Too confusing. They seemed to reword a lot of my own. Also, the cover letter is wordy with a run on sentence. Misspelling on resume.. Still waiting to hear about a refund. Internet

CAN I GET A REFUND? I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. TOO CONFUSING. THEY SEEMED TO REWORD A LOT OF MY OWN. ALSO THE COVER LETTER IS WORDY WITH A RUN ON SENTENCE. A WORD MISSPELLED ON RESUME. STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK CONCERNING REFUND ALTHOUGH THEY DID ORIGINALLY CONTACT ME ABOUT ONE.

Don't fall for the waiting game. If you received a product that does not meet your expectations, call your credit card company or bank immediately and open a disputed transaction request. If you wait too long, you may lose your ability to get a refund. Your credit card customer service is open 24/7 and can walk you through the process. Indicate that the product was not as described or that it was faulty. Since you have contacted the company and they have not taken steps to resolve this issue, then your credit card will process your request. Your chances at this point are best by calling the number on the back of your credit card.
Topresume has had complaints about not delivering work at all, promising 2-3 day turnaround then taking 30 days or more to deliver projects, making the customer work with 2-3 writers because they were incompetent, delivering resumes with grammar and spelling errors, assigning writers that were non-native English speakers, simply reformatting an existing resume with little change to wording and even sending customers resumes that weren't even theirs.
