Top View Roofing South Coast Roofing After Hurricane Ike they reroofed my house. Ten years later it’s leaking. League City Texas

I have a historic home that was reroofed in 2009 by Darby Kyle’s Company, then known as South Coast Roofing. I have had trouble with leaks but he is gone and can not be reached for repairs. Over $36,000.00, and the roof leaks ten years later.
I have no idea what structural repairs are going to be needed. Many of the shingles were nailed in the wrong place and liquid nails was used to anchor many of them. It doesn’t appear that new flashing was put in. Sickening.
