Topeflex took $12.95 plus a $.39 "international transaction fee" from bank account on 8/24:2018 for Finishing Touch Flawless Brows. I have not been able to check status of order because Topeflex website no longer exists.

Ontrendspower.com topeflex.com and phonecolmi.com No delivery, tracked them down in a run down shack in Spain. No response to emails. The website has been removed and they seem to start new ones and leave them up for about 3 months. Internet
