Saw advertisement for torchxpro. Demonstrated that laser would light a fire and etch metal. I bought two. Money back guarantee on website. Received the lasers and found that this is nothing but a laser pointer that will not do anything their website demonstrates it to do. Contacted support and they will not answer my emails. When asked about the 30 day return, I was told they do not accept returns. I have screenshot of their money back guarantee for any reason from their website.
I also found the exact same laser pointer on Wish.con for more than half the cost on torchxpro.com. this company is apparently buying these for $24 (Wish.com) and reselling for $49. Their advertising is fraudulent and they have no intention of honoring anything promised or "guaranteed" on their website.

Look at torchxpro.com. watch the video advertisement as to what they claim it will do. Look at their 30 day money back guarantee for any reason of dissatisfaction. Then go to end of website and read their return "policy" which states that they will not refund any money period. This is all the proof of what I have posted from their own website.
