Torrenza Boutique Resorts Promised 300.00 and didn’t pay Mazatlan Mexico

We were promised 300.00 cash if we took a 90 minute tour. The tour ended up being over 2 hours. The place was outdated. They went from 30,000 and 290.00 a year to 5,000 and to waive the 290.00 fee. This sounded to good to be true so we turned it down. The lied and said they would bring the 300.00 to our hotel at 4pm. Of course the didn’t show up. We called them the next day and again they promised they would bring the money at 4pm. Again no show. It is not about the money at this point, I don’t want anyone to waste their time with these lying, scamming people..
