They are are contract for service company.  They claim to fix and repair appliances. They have my microwave for 4 months now and still no repair or phone call to resolve problem.  have called at least 3o times and spoke to parts manager who never gets back to you with answers.  the worst company i have ever delt with..

calling the manufacturer and the BBB and relaying the problem.  Good luck to you.  Microwave ovens are NOT that difficult to repair. I have, before I retired, repaired literally hundreds of them from 300 watts to 3600 watt behemoths.

If it's a parts availability problem, the call to the mfr could help speed things up.  Good luck to you.

With current prices on new microwave ovens, it's often better to purchase a new one than fix an older one.
