I bought Total Defence Internet Security Suite from Tiger Direct with offer of $60 Rebate. I installed this suite on my machine with help of Total Defence Customer Service and activated the product and submitted Rebate documents.

They declined my rebate saying that Product is not activated.

After a long wait on phone call customer service directed me to someone who is not responding at all.
