Bought cd @ Fry's Electronics packaged as complete antivirus; put cd in laptop & discovered it is only a mandatory signup for $120/yr "service"; no refunds on cd's @ fry's, no response from totaldefense.com to complaint. Have complained to BBB, NYS AG but no responses yet.
