Tim giannini from total floors is a cheat and a liar and a horrible contractor. He has done a terrible job and when we asked for a discount gladly agreed. 3 months later he sued us for the outstanding amount saying that he changed his mind. Never trust this guy with anything. He will do a horrible job and will rip you off.
