Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I took out a loan with this company. Money has been debited out of my account to them. I can't seen to get ahold of them to find out how much I've paid down on the loan, or what my balance is. They continue to debit my account without any notice or statement , or call, or anything, to let me know what my balance is so that if I do have a balance i can pay it off. I am ready to close account or have bank refuse any ACH debits from this company. Maybe then they will get in touch with me.

You would have them on violations of the Fair Credit Billing Act.

Not sending statements is in violation of that law
However - I'm not sure what you can do except try and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. But since they are not in the US, I do not know if they can help at all.
