TOUCAN TAN CROOKS! Charged me every month for TWO YEARS after I cancelled! Acworth, Georgia

I cancelled my tanning package in April 2010, only to find out that every month since then this Toucan Tan has been debiting my bank account by $24.95 every month until December 2011 when I called them to question the charge.  Now, yes, I know I know, I should have examined my bank account more closely but honestly I thought once I cancelled, it was done properly.  Big mistake! 

When I brought it to Toucan's attention they were very defensive.  I heard every excuse in the book.  Once they finally admitted their mistake they were only going to give me free tanning to make up for it.  I do not tan and haven't since 2010!  They have stalled and stalled and then started refunding my $ one month at a time.  I received two payments of $24.95 which apparantly was just a stall tactic while the owner, Tony, had time to come up with a way to weasel out of what they owed me. 

Now they have come back and said that the signatures don't match so they aren't going to pay me anything.  I never sign my name the same way twice.  This is an obvious attempt to avoid reimbursing me for almost $500 in fraudulent charges.  Do not give Toucan Tan your debit card number or sign up for bank draft deductions.  I'm working with my bank right now to find out if I have any recourse and I have also contacted an attorney so that I can take them to court.
