Well yes I am married to Derek K Jeninga and I also know all about your attempts to black list his name. Derek Jeninga and Touch of Stone are a very good company as well as very professional. The problem isnt Derek or his mother Barb, its peoole like you trying to get something for nothing! Not working for anything unlike Derek or his mother for that matter. Our realationship has nothing to you or your petty arguement! You didnt do the job the add was posted for. I mean how hard is it to pass some flyers out? I didnt know you needed a college education to complete such a task. You make yourself like a big loser by trying to destory a hard working, self made business man. Whether hes had traffic issues or not does not constitute you trying to bring him or his business down. HIs work is far more then exceptional, its prestine. So before throwing peoples wives into your lies, maybe check with them first. Thanks for all the fun and remember Derek will still be in business and you will still be passing out some business owners flyers.

Barb Main who is listed as the contact for Touch of Stone Chicago, Inc on the BBB site  has been contacting me via Yelp.

She wrote me again stating that she is not going to apologize to me.  She claims to have done business with Touch of Stone Chicago, Inc for over 5 years but does not admit that she actually works for Touch of Stone Chicago, Inc.  I wonder why she is so defensive if she has no affiliation with this company.  I wonder why she spends so much of her personal time defending Derek K. Jeninga.

I do know that Derek K. Jeninga's wife Shannon is divorcing him.  I suspect Shannon has given Derek many opportunities to change his behavior prior to filing for divorce.  Barb Main on the other hand believes that Derek K. Jeninga deserves another chance to change. She writes to me stating that Derek K. Jeninga should be allowed to redeem himself while on parole.  I agree with this statement.

So if Derek K. Jeninga at Touch of Stone Chicago, Inc. is redeeming himself why did he try to rip me off?  Doesn't he understand that theft of services is a crime?  Doesn't Derek K. Jeninga understand that threatening to punch someone in the face is a crime?  Does Barb Main believe that Derek K. Jeninga has the right to operate a motor vehicle considering he is on parole for multiple DUI's?

If Barb Main spent her time educating Derek K. Jeninga on how to avoid going to jail maybe I wouldn't need an apology.  If she thinks enabling Derek K. Jeninga is going to help him she's wrong. She's helping him violate parole.

Barb Main states she will apologize to me in person.  Would any sane person meet with this enabler?  Does she think I'm going to allow her to set me up so Derek K. Jeninga can carry out his threat?  She must have some serious issues if she does.

"I have done business with Touch of Stone for more than 5 years.  I have NEVER had anything to say but the best of their business ethics.  I think you need to be careful about what you do on the internet--defamation of character, when it affects a persons income/business, can be detrimental to you.  Also, you were paid your $45.  thank you for getting Villa Park Police involved as you were not willing to sign a receipt for the money paid you.  The Villa Park Police Officer signed the receipt showing you were paid.  Please be assured that this is not Derek sending you this message.  I hope that your economic situation improves as we are all going through hard times."

MY RESPONSE TO BARB MAIN, TOUCH OF STONE AND DEREK JENINGA:

MORE THREATS WILL NOT HELP YOU.  AN APOLOGY FOR THE THREAT OF BODILY HARM MIGHT HELP.

THE FACT REMAINS:  DEREK K. JENINGA IS A CONVICTED FELON.  I'VE PROVIDED THE PROOF SO ACCEPT THE FACTS BARBARA MAIN!

I posted a warning about Derek K. Jeninga and Touch of Stone Chicago, Inc. on Craigslist and received many replies and opinions.

Apparently Derek K. Jeninga has a long criminal history.  One worker forwarded a link to me from a newspaper article that states Derek K. Jeninga has sticky fingers as well.

With this in mind, allowing Derek or his associates at Touch of Stone Chicago, Inc into your home could cost you your valuables.

Here is an excerpt from one email I received: these job seekers need to know what to watch out for its not fair that we struggle to survive and people can just scam you like that ! They will pay for what their doing, thats a fact!
