TOW 4 LESS responded to a call that i needed a tow truck. he shows up in a flat bed truck equiped with a winch. i asked him to tie on to my truck to keep it from flipping over off the side of a drainage ditch, and that i have another truck on its way to do the recovery. He stated " he understood" we both walk around looking at my truck and I told him that he wasnt equipped to do this kind of recovery. I showed him the old guard rail that lodged between the frame of my truck and that was the only thing that kept it from flippinng over. While waiting on the other truck tow 4 less decides to try and do the recovery. he hooked on to the axel housing and began winching down. when he seen that he was doing more damage and that he could not do the recovery he stopped, after everyone and the cops were yelling to stop. The other truck showed up, did the recovery with no problem. the whole time all of this is being recorded on video. It shows Tow 4 Less hook on to my truck, tries to do the recovery, everything! I have pictures videos, and witnesses to the whole thing. i had my truck take to Norma Frede dealership. they give me a estimate for fixing my truck, over $16,000.00. I contact the owner the next day, and I couldnt get one word in with him and he wasnt going to do anything about it. I filed a claim throw the Better Business Bureau and that was like my phone call to the owner. After showing them the video, told them about the witnesses and pictures, let them know that I only had liability ins. and all's Im asking for was the damage they caused, not the whole estimate. After all this , the Better Business Bureau sided with the company saying I provided them with $.00 out of pocket expense and that my ins. covered the whole thing. I never provided them with anything from the ins. company because I only had liability at the time. I tried getting ahold of them asking them to show me what I provided them with, Now they wont even respond to the emails or phone calls . With everything, pictures, witnesses, and videos, the Better Business Bureau still sides with them . they're covering it up by saying that I provided them with $.00 out of pocket exspense and my ins. covered everthing. I bet they cant show that from any paper work because there isnt none. I guess being a accredited company with the BBB, they allow they're company's to rip people off and cover it up with false facts., and now they wont respond to emails or phone calls. they're as bad as the tow company. 2 company's with 1 stone. Now this is a Rip off report and I can prove every bit of it.

You are aware that the BBB is in no way, shape or form a Government Agency and they have zero legal authority to do anything. So even if they did side with you, the tow company is under no oblgiation or requirement to pay your claim.
If you have a valid claim, and I would consult an attorney to verify it, then take them to court. If the video is enough evidence it should be a "slam dunk" case for you to prevail. You could then also go after them for the court and legal costs.
By the way you know who funds the BBB...right? It is the businesses themselves, sort of like the fox guarding the hen house..if you get my drift. Just look up "Pay for Play" and see if you have a different thought.
