TOW An MOW Towing CO TOOK THIS CAR WITHOUT THE LEGAL PAPERWORK DONE AND LIARS Santa Ana California

Here is my story, we need to Stop these Towing Company's from stealing cars without the correct paperwork!
My Children came to pick up there son, they parked in a parking space, but you do need a permit to park, they were there for less then 5 mins, when they went down to get the car it was gone? They called to find out what happened? and were told the car was towed, they arrived at my house at 11:15pm, the person BEN at the towing place said the security guard signed at 11:00pm, well, we have a receipt from the Albertson's market where they stopped at 11:00pm, so how could the security guard have seen a car that was not even in the parking lot? Well, they get a KICK BACK on all cars they sign off on, so I'm sure not only is the Tow CO. Liars, but so is the security dept! Then we called and talked to BEN, who by the way is a Liar, and said it did not matter about the LAW? If it was parked, they can Tow? Not true, in CA you must have the Mgmt group of the Apt. sign off the form and the KEY word is BEFORE they tow your car! My guess now, they will change the paperwork to reflect the correct time they need? We haven't even pick up the car yet, I guess that will be a whole other issue, we have already been told 3 different prices it will cost? Why are there no SET PRICES?? It seems the Government is involved in all other issues these days? Why not REALLY regulate the Towing industries? PLEASE, if you see this and have had the same experience PLEASE report these people!!
