These people at towers mercer crossing are nothing but living, cheating scammers dieing for someone, anyone to sign a lease. The complex isn't even finished yet and they're trying to get residents locked in telling you youll get this free and that free when its not even true. Everything they have told me has been a complete lie.
The biggest scam is these "supposed visa gift cards from $750-$1500" they say they come but never do. Its a great ponzi scheme. I have already reported them to authorities about this. They first say these magic gift cards youll have within 30 days of move in. Then its "we are still waiting bc due to the amount of the gift cards they're being flagged for fraud??" OK so doesn't take a genius to figure this out.
