Townview mortgage's closing costs are ridiculously higher than their competitors. Keli Ingle was insincere and unprofessional. She never returned our calls in a timely manner, and seldom followed through with matters she had promised. My wife and i essentially felt like we had to do her job just to keep the process moving.
