I received email from seller 2 days after and it said the order has been cancelled due to Credit Card
authorization problem. (I used paypal, I am not using a credit card at all). At least 5 emails was sent and with no response, Phone calls made to 510-550-1171 and 800-717-1746 and answered with only answering machine. (No call back at all)

As I said, I paid by Paypal (Cash direct ransfer). Seller complaint credit card authorization and cancel the transaction. Paypay not showing money get reverse from seller. Paypal tried to recover the payment but seller has not money in this paypal account.
Is this considered a fraud ??
Suggest buy with Credit Card payment to the company, bank can handle it faster.

I am confused about this report. You weren't sent the product and if your payment was refused, where is the fraud?
