Why use this unprofessional company?
TqAgents.com lacks customer service and honesty. You're better off using American Express Travel or Expedia or orbitz. Much better prices and service than these folks at tqagents.com. I would stay away from these people. Their service is less than stellar and have found them to be quite dishonest and rude. BUYER BEWARE!!! Stick with the bigger names you trust. These people are overpriced and service is despicable. I've since gone back to American Express travel and have been extremely happy. Would never turn to any other company.

Just seeing this in 2017 Travel Quest is not a travel agency so not sure what the person was talking about.

This report is completely fabricated by someone thinking we are a travel agency. We were contacted by someone to 'take care' of this bad report for us for a small fee. We are not a travel agency, we do not sell travel or have any contact with consumers.
We work with travel agencies. Expedia, Orbitz and American Express travel are not our competitors at all.

Travel Quest is a reputable host agency recognized by all major brands and associations in the travel industry. We have over 450 agents and growing. We are more than happy to work with any disputes or complaints about our service or about our company.
It seems as if this report is a hoax or a false report for the following reasons:
--- It makes no reference to our actually company name (Travel Quest). Whenever they say not
to do business with us, it just says TQagents.com. Any agent, past or present,
with us uses a different website (agentrchost.com) for all business.
--- It seems as if it is a generic advertisement for American Express, or the trusted companies.
--- It lists no specific examples of bad service or anything we have done wrong.
--- The phone number and address listed is not the information of Travel Quest, but rather
the personal information of the owners. Any past or present agent with us would know the office address and phone number are the ones we use.
--- In our 16 year history, we don't have record of a Jane from Beverly Hills who was with our company.
--- American Express, Expedia, and Orbitz are not our main competitors.
--- If you check out review sites on host agencies or other associations' sites, Travel Quest has nothing but good reviews.
