When the company charged my card I e-mailed and cancelled my subscription and explained that I haven't received any products, they asked for my address again and would ship more product that i paid for when they charged my credit card $77.21. I have not received anything from them, I have emailed repeatedly and now they tell me its been sent "Upper Management". I have been trying to get my money back since November of 2017. When I email now, i receive a notice that my emai has failed. I'm frustrated.
