On January 9th I called in with a problem with sending text, I had 3949 text left but the agent informed me I would need to return my phone, she emmediadely took away all of my minutes, textile and data, she also deleted my acct. I called the same night to purchase a bundle of minutes, text and data so I could use my phone. In total they stole 7984 minutes 3949 text and 3100kb of data. When I received my new phone I called 4 times and was on the phone for 16hrs but nothing was resolved. My credit card info was not on file and I have been with Tracfone for 8yrs. I believe I'm a victim of identity theif.
