These people rented my home after we moved out of state. Had a lease with monthly rent of $1500. lived in home for 3 years and only paid rent for the first year. Had to go through lengthy legal process to evict these people. I got a judgment for all back rent and these folks disappeared. When we finally gained access to our home they had caused thousands of dollars in damage.
