I was looking for a manual for a 1989 15 HP evinrude outboard. This website had what i wanted or so it said it included:
1973 -1989
2 to 235 HP
All V engines
All 1Cyl. Engines
Include Jet Drives
in which my motor would be included. I paid the 14.99, downloaded the manual, but the 1973 - 1989 was only for 48 - 235 HP. there was one other review on the same manual saying it was incomplete. i think they should refund our money.

I recently had a similar problem with an electronic manual I purchased via a Tradebit seller. I see various complaints in regard to Tradebit, and I agree you were ripped off, but you should be naming the seller as the ripoff artist, not Tradebit. Tradebit even has a very obvious disclaimer, and rightly so, that they are not responsible for the items being sold. You will see that I have filed a ripoff report against a seller who uses Tradebit as it should be done.
