*Consumer Comment: Trademark Compliance Center
same as all the other complaints against this company. i have already paid all that i needed to pay. they seem to jump on new trademark applicants and make it seem that you must pay one more fee. the correspondence even looked like it came from a US government entity. rip off.

I too was a victim of this fraud and unfortunately paid the $385.00. When I tried calling Trademark Compliance Center I was automatically put on hold for over an hour and finally gave up and hung up.
In retrospect I should have contacted my attorney to look into these charges but I'd spent so much money acquiring the TM that I did not want spend more on her legal fees.
When I called the USTM they told me they have had a number of people who have been ripped off by Trademark Compliance Center.
Perhaps the USTM should send all applicants a warning about these kinds of frauds when your trademark is approved. Most of us have not gone to law school and the USTM should help us before we get scammed.
