Over a month ago I purchased two plate racks. When I had e-mailed to request free shipping due to the cost of shipping I immediately received an e-mail back with instructions on how to do that. Wow, efficient I thought. I have not since received any correspondence on shipping info, receipt information or anything. I have e-mailed everyday for the last few days and nothing. I have tried to get on her live chat link and it's always closed, convenient if you ask me. We need to band together and get this lady off the net and business closed. At this point I don't care about the money but the fact she keeps ripping people off and getting away with it.
