Transaction Clearing ETS applied charges onto my phone bill w/o my knowledge. They bill through another co. called Access Voice. Transactions phone # is disconnected. WWW.ACCESSPOINTMRKETING.COM sends message back, so I don't think it's an actual company. Our local phone co. removed these charges and requested that we report this co. to this website

Take actions and sue!

AUTHOR: Bret - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 10, 2009

I believe it is time to take action and sue this company as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, I can't believe that they can get away with what they are doing.

I thought I was just taking a survey and then the next thing you know you are being billed extra on your phone bill and not prepared for it as I am sure most of us are already on a budget due to the economy.

So lets take action and sue!
