Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I ordered two cd's with some software to do some extra work and make some extra money. But they sent me only the two cd's and no manual, so I could not work with it.
They did not reply on my questions by email.

I have read alot of these comments but I have been receiving a very timely responses from the company.
I tried to contact them via phone but their listed number is only for their NY customers. This is indicated on their website (www.refundprocessor.biz)
They've been very helpful in helping me start up my business oppportunity, and with their assistance, I've been able to get a positive cash flow in a decent amount of time. I would hate to see you post this note and give up on a genuine opportunity. I've been so grateful for this software and the new financial freedom it has given me that I am willing to help others achieve the same thing. Feel free to post your questions and I will assist you.
