Transeastern builders/ management co, doesnt follow thru with their service's and commitment's to the customer. My sales person swore on a stack of bibles that we would have a garage door opener and two remotes. WE have some physical limitations that makes this difficult. Dont buy from traneaster homes in florida. they dont follow thru and they dont make their repairs to the house. I have been consulting with the neighboors- Not a good report.

Automatic Garage door openers (including 2 remotes) are standard in most of our communities. Where they are not standard, they are available as an option at an additional cost. Our standard feature sheets are very clear and made part of the sales agreement. This customer should contact me directly for clarification or correction.
