My wife and I signed the first contract with these people in Allentown PA back in November 2010. This couple has promised the world in 120 days or less. They took 5000.00 dollars from us and added to the long list of scams conceded to timeshare. All we got from that money is lots of paperwork that shows up every few years, that we have to jump through hoops to fillout, sign and get to a notery. Then nothing again, oh when they need you they will talk. But for the most part when you call it's a waste of time. 

In July 2012 title was transfered to some other company. Doesn't matter because I still have to pay taxs and maintance fees. The title is in limbo,  I feel totally scamed and used.

Is there anything an Attorney can help with out there????

I have given the McMullin plenty of opportunity to make this right.
