i sent $4500.00 by wire and moneygram to purchase two trips to punta cana from apple vacations. he sent me itineraries and flight times. as soon as he recd the cash--he was never heard from again..this was scam..he never made the reservations and apple vacations never heard of him. the police have filed a criminal application against marc albano et al. when the police informed him of what they were doing - he offered a mercndise credit rather than return the money for a trip never booked.
