Trash Taxi of Acworth Trash Taxi Overcharging double charging contracted rate, terrible customer service Acworth Ga

I have been a customer for many many years with Trash Taxi, and generally they have had good service.  I called them on Monday as I cleaned my garage and had 2 trash cans, a few bags and boxes. I asked for a second delivery for the week and explained I what I had and cleaned garage so needed additional P/U.  They charged me $35 for the truck to come out and I paid. After they picked it up, the receptionist called me and said their driver said I have 8 trash cans and a whole bunch of bags and Debris, I don’t even have 8 trash cans so their driver falsified my pickup and they charged me $35 additional.  The receptionist kept arguing with me that the supervisor was the truck driver and wouldn’t lie and I explained if they charged me this additional rate I would leave their service after many years, will report to BBB, RipOff Report and my neighbors how unethical they are. She was robotic and just said she would relay message. Seeking other service today. They don’t care about their 2-star bad rating, eventually their drivers will be without jobs because of their lack of customer service.  Bye bye Trash Taxi!!
