Travel Angency Network ripoff dishonest St.Petersburg Florida

I was called on September of 2003 and offered a package with great deals// rep. was outraggously polite and very sweet. I told her that I did not have money at time to call at the end of the month. Representative insisted that it was a 7day free trail and I would not be billed until i officailly signed up.

I told her why not if it is that way let me see the information and if I like what I read I will sign up. She painted a great picture so I gave her my information so that she can send me the package. I told three times do not take any money because right now I do not have. Two weeks later on the 16th. of September I called my bank to check my account and to my surprise I was showing an ACH debt for $149.00.

I called the company and I spoke to a gentleman whom I explain the situation to I ask him for a refund and he tells me that they do not give refunds until they recieve there materials back. When I advised him that I had not recieved any information he stated that the reason they deducted was because I had the information...I then asked for a suppervisor he said they had none.Since then it has been a month later I never recieved my money I only got false information and promises.

These people are thieves and lie about everything. They are the rudest people i have ever delt with especailly when they stold from me. Because of this $149.00 my bank account has gone negative it is $800.00 overdrawn. Now they say that my bank has been rejecting the direct deposit from their company...I get charged from my bank everytime I check my account. So, I am on the phone everyday and evertime they give me a different story.
