travel card international Deceptive RipOff

This is not a real offer. There is only one operator who tells you your getting travel vouchers and a credit card with a large limit. This is a rip off, because you don't recieve anything. They tell you to fax the company with verifing bank statements of the money they stole and then they'll send you your package via federal express. This is a lie. They took my money in Feb. 2001 and I have never received anything but excuses. Seems the law should do something about this. Considering they charge each person for around $189.00 and access to their checking account. Very concerned about how people get away with this. Nothing is refundable because you receive nothing.
