Travel One Network Scammed me out of 99.00 and changed their number and email when I tracked the new information down and called they acted like they didn't speak English so I spoke Spanish then the woman said because she couldn't find my info in her system she couldn't help me when asking for a manager she refused to allow me to speak to anyone else and then every time I called back the representatives were hanging up as soon as my call was connected after the first woman I told her I needed someone to do something about my refund or my flight that was promised Miami Florida

i paid for a package for hotel and flight or cruise either of my choice all I had to do was reserve when I was ready and pay 50.00 when doing final booking when called to book travel numbers and emails disconnected. I googled their info and called the new number and they refused to book my travel or do anything for me claiming my info wasn't in the system even after I specifically let the rep know I have a voucher and receipt and she tried to play like I had the wrong company when verified I had the right place she got very rude and hung up the call after refusing to put me on the phone with a manager
