Travel Service Network ripoff fraudulent claims no service demanding money threats What a bunch of scam artists and now they are trying to intimidate me. Batavia Illinois

I attended a high pressure sales talk in Laughlin where they promised to beat the prices of any of company for flights, hotels, car rentals, condo, cruises etc. I fell for it.

Once I joined I never got any service. I could never get through on the phone (literally on hold for 30 to 40 minutes before they hung up on you and you never spoke to a human being.) After 3 months they informed us that they would no longer be beating prices on airfare because it had gotten too competitive. The one time I called with a car quote I was told "go with them, we can't beat that price".

Finally after a year of payments, I got the bill to renew. I sent it back with the unused coupons and told them to keep my money they had but I no longer wanted to be in their "club".

Six months later they sent me a letter demanding over $700. I wrote back and told them to keep my money and call it even. I wasn't sending any more. They sent back another letter with a copy of the contract highlighting where is says the contract can never be cancelled.

HA! They changed the contract by eliminating airfare. I can prove that over the last two years I have traveled extensively and never with them because they were either impossible to contact or had lousy prices. I want to know, how can I sue them in small claims court? They have almost $3000 of my money and I had NO services what so ever!

They are rude and patronizing when I did get any one on the phone, the internet site was impossible to use. What a bunch of scam artists and now they are trying to intimidate me.
