travel to go destibitor, joe whitehead, misrepresented his product and services. before attending a ninety minute presentation, i specifically asked if if the presentation had to do with timeshare. i was told no. while listening to the presentaion i was assured this was a private travel agency and paid money to become a member, only to find out they are a timeshare broker. please do not find yourself in the same situation. if invited to attend a presentation, read the fine print on the supposed "free trip" that you will be more than lucky to receive according to joe whitehead himself. still waiting for a refund.

My name is Joe Whitehead and I am a distributor for Travel To Go one of the most dynamic travel club companies in the country. I am responding to the comments written about me by C Addy which in reality is Melissa Massey a former independent contractor for my company. Ms. Massey is upset with me because she was not refunded a $500 deposit that she put on her Credit card for accommodations provided by my company. The agreement that we had was that I would pay for her accommodations for a one (1) month period and that she would in turn pay the $500 deposit that would be 100% refunded if she stayed employed with us for a period of one (1) month. After 2 days of work Ms. Massey decided not to stay and expected me to pay for her accommodations for the 10 days that she occupied the rental home my company paid for. The refund that she expected was kept by the home owners association at the villages not by my company. Ms. Massey threatened to put an ad in the Villages newspaper, put false ads all over the internet and even physically threatened to come to the facility and hamper my business. I have kept 9 threatening voice mails on my cellular voice mail as proof of this very disgruntled person. The only thing positive that has come of this entire situation is that she has moved back to Texas and is seeking therapy (according to a close source) for depression and substance abuse issues. There is no member named C. Addy and in fact I would be happy to prove that to you unequivically. Please feel free to contact me personally so that I may assure you of no such allegations.
