Do NOT use this so called "business". They double charged me over $4,000, made a mistake on the spelling of a name, and then charged me $250, twice, to correct the name spelling. They told me the airline wouldn't make the name change directly. I called the airlines and they were happy to make the name change at no charge.

They also billed a friends credit card without authorization. They lie, charge as much as they can for things that are free direct from airline. They also refuse to disclose the last name of any employees in an effort to make it difficult to pursue any discrepancies. Total runaround, rip off. Stay away!
