*Consumer Comment: THEY REALLY ARE A SCAM
We were on a family vacation in Matzalan and a taxi driver diverted us from our trip to another location where we were sold an airline package by Travelers Choice International. It's a complete SCAM. The websites don't work and there is no one to answer your calls. The information doesn't work and we've gotten nothing for our efforts. I am filing a claim with the BBB and with our credit card company.

THEY REALLY ARE A SCAM

I also had a taxi take me to their location. They give you $300.00 and breakfast. They fast talk you and exactly take your timeshares from you, but it is phony. I was lucky to read a previous report, and while in Mazatlan, I went back the next day to cancel. I told them of Ripoff's report.
They claimed they would reverse the charges. they did not do it. I called my credit card and it is in dispute. Their phone number in Nebraska is disconnected, and they have no address there.
Mexico has a law that requires a 5 day "cooling off" period. If you sign on go the next day to cancel.
In Mazatlan, there is a consumer protection agency calle Profeco. Your hotel should e able to connect then to you for assistance.
