Travelers Tax Group had shuffled my case between 4-5 people and then said "were turning it over to an "Enrolled Agent" who will expedite this for you. This was about 2 1/2 years into the process. then Hargus did the ols two-step for about a year saying "it takes time". The short answer is - 5 years later it's still not settled. Thanks for leaving our life in turmoil.
